Never think of how you sit, just find a place, an item and either plop down on it, or just sit. While sitting seems quite obvious, there are ways to sit that will allow you to have a healthier body since the human body is not structured to sit in a chair all day! Actually sitting is much harder on the back than when standing because when you stand the blood flow along the spine is unobstructed. When you bend the body at a right angle in sitting, you flatten the lumbar or the lower part of your back. So go out and explore new healthier ways of sitting!
